Bespoke/ Commissioned Pieces
Bespoke/Commissioned Pieces take between 2 – 6 weeks as they are entirely handmade. This timeframe allows for full client consultation, sourcing ,dyeing and drying of materials and framing times. If you need something in a rush please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss possibilities.
Postage
My aim is to get your purchase to you as soon as possible to and dispatch all in stock items within 4 working days.
All items will be securely packaged and where possible posted in one order if ordering more than one thing.
Delivery should typically take between 3-4 days within EU charged at standard postage rate.
I ship my pieces worldwide. Postage for larger pieces outside UK and Ireland will be charged at the most competitive rate available at the time of ordering.

Payment
I accept payment via credit card through Stripe, keeping your transactions simple and secure. If you are local you can also buy in person from Bridge Street Studios Gallery Shop, please contact me to arrange your visit.
Refund Policy
I want you to be really pleased with your purchase. I gladly accept cancellations within 2 days of ordering. I will honour refunds within 14 days of delivery, providing undamaged returned item is received by me within 21 days.
Return Delivery cost is responsibility of the customer.
