‘Upwards’ is an original wool painting and was made as part of the ‘La Bealtaine – Ar Slieve Gullion’, Caóilfionn’s first solo collection. Throughout the uncertainty of our lockdown journey, Caóilfíonn took refuge in the beautiful rugged hillsides of home. ‘Upwards’ is an inspiring reminder that the journey, though steep, will be worth it in the end and the only way is up.

This original artwork with its vibrant tones and textures sits equally as well in a traditional country styled home as it does in a modern open plan space.

A reminder of the Irish Landscape this original wool painting is beautifully framed, locally, in an expertly crafted black  wood, ready to hang, with an information panel on the reverse, making it a beautiful ready to give gift from Ireland.

All of my work is inspired by and made proudly in Ireland in my studio in Bridge Street at 300 year old grain store. My framed works have been posted successfully all across the world without worry. They are packed beautifully and carefully in eco friendly packaging to ensure a safe arrival to their new destination.
